About Me
"Diversity is a gift with immeasurable potential. I believe in an inclusive and peaceful society that not only builds bridges but also maintains them and thrives sustainably."

Hi, my name is Samira and I am the Founder of Bridge2Thrive, Political Scientist, Moderator, Speaker and Trainer for DEIA-B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging).

Unity in diversity is deeply rooted in my biography: I am a German-Algerian, born and raised in Germany. Growing up with two cultures has taught me to bridge different perspectives throughout my life, broadened my horizons and shaped my future.
Growing up with two cultures and being affected by discrimination sharpened my awareness of social challenges at an early age. These experiences have not only strengthened my resilience and adaptability, but also my tireless committment to bring about positive transformation in society.

I speak five languages and I understand that language is not only a means of communication, but also a key to connecting cultures and perspectives. This multilingualism, coupled with my cultural versatility and my strong sense of justice, forms the foundation of my work.
I am a certified Inclusive Leadership and DEIA Expert, trained at the renowned Leadership Lab Frankfurt by the U.S. Consulate General. I studied M. A. Political Economy and International Relations at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
In January 2025, I participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), one of the most prestigious exchange programs in the world.

My work focuses on creating equitable, efficient and mindful organizational structures. I have professionally planned, organized, implemented and facilitated workshops and lead teams of up to 40 people with a very positive resonance. With my many years of both voluntary and professional experience, I have optimized processes, strengthened team dynamics and developed practical methods for thriving collaboration - in companies, associations and social contexts and educational institutions.

An eye for detail
My eye for detail accompanies me in everything I do. I love looking behind the façade, and really understanding things in depth. This passion helps me to identify the causes of challenges, develop innovative solutions and optimize processes.

My approach - Change through Choice
Us humans are often unaware of our cognitive dissonances. Yet it is precisely these distortions that shape our behavior, both in our private and professional lives. It can be liberating to become aware of these dynamics and actively start shaping your life. My work supports people and teams in breaking down barriers, recognizing prejudices and developing new perspectives.
